Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Cancellations must be done 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If appointment is not canceled 24 hours before, you will be considered a last-minute cancellation and charged 50% of your service total.

15 Minute Grace Period:

If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. This is to insure I will be on time for my next scheduled appointment, please be courteous of my time and others.

Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere.

If you refuse to pay the cancellation fee you will no longer be allowed to schedule at Skin Rehab LLC

If you treat our staff in a disrespectful manner or make an inappropriate statement to them, we will refuse any further services.

Our goal is for each client to love their results. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service(s), our refund policies are laid out as such:

Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within three (3) days of your appointment.
